About This Game

An original Marvel crossover written for LEGO rather than adapted from a film, with a roster deep enough to reach Howard the Duck alongside Iron Man, and a LEGO Manhattan to travel between missions. Character switching is the puzzle language: progress depends on picking the hero whose power fits the obstacle in front of you.

Its real function is as a shared-screen game. Drop-in, drop-out local co-op lets a parent and a child play the same campaign at very different skill levels without either being locked out, and the collect-everything structure leaves a long tail after the story ends. Rated E10+, with humour that lands for adults more often than the genre suggests. The weakness is repetition, since the smash-and-collect loop changes little across the campaign.
