A 2007 PSP arcade-action driving game from Bigbig Studios, built entirely around one idea: while chasing a criminal convoy you pull alongside a vehicle, jump aboard, shoot out its occupants, and commandeer it, chaining takeovers across cars, boats, helicopters and aircraft. The sequel widened the spectacle over the original and, by most accounts, smoothed the notoriously punishing difficulty into something more approachable across its three settings.
Contemporary reception landed at mixed-to-positive, and the split is instructive. Critics consistently singled out the vehicle-hopping as a genuinely fresh hook, while the recurring complaint targeted the awkward on-foot shooting sections and an arcade design that some felt lost the first game's tense bite. As a cult PSP curio now bundled in the PS Plus Premium classics library, it suits players chasing pure, dated arcade momentum, less so anyone expecting modern polish.
