The third mobile-born entry, ported to PlayStation 4 in 2020 with a fictional German setting: Neustein, a 10 square kilometre open world styled on the Alpine foothills, split into three districts of contracts. The job list runs from road repair to bridge foundations with the Liebherr LB28 drilling rig, and the map can be freely driven between gigs, which gives it a small-town rhythm the earlier console edition lacked.
Reviewers at the time split between calling it the franchise's best entry yet and its most awkward: the zen, quietly addictive loop won people over while the counter-intuitive DualShock controls and dated visuals drew consistent fire. It remains the gentlest on-ramp into construction sims on PlayStation, best suited to patient players who value routine over spectacle and can forgive its mobile roots.
