About This Game

The original bridge-engineering puzzler: each level is a gap, a budget and a materials list, wood first, then concrete pillars, support cable and steel, and a convoy of cars and trucks that tests the result by driving over it or plunging through it. Progression is a quiet civil-engineering course, and the physics are accurate enough that a failed span usually fails for a reason worth understanding.

Reception on PlayStation was rough on the port and kind to the idea: critics scored it low, calling the controls mud-slow and clearly built for a phone's nimble fingers, while conceding the puzzle design underneath is surprisingly deep and varied for those who invest. Players have stayed moderately fond of it. It fits patient tinkerers who want cheap, cerebral construction; anyone sensitive to clunky console controls should start with the Portal crossover instead.
