About This Game

Telltale's Batman is a choice-driven narrative series far more interested in Bruce Wayne than in the cowl, opening with the discovery that his parents were not the philanthropists Gotham believes. Episodes split time between the mask and the boardroom, and several scenes let the player decide which identity handles a problem.

Combat exists but is presentational, resolved through timed prompts rather than skill, so anyone arriving from the Arkham games should expect a different kind of game entirely. The strength is the reframing of Gotham's power structure and the weight the writing gives to choices about Bruce's family name. Rated Mature, with the technical roughness common to the studio's later output, it suits players who want the detective and the dynasty rather than the fights.
